ARCHIVE SAMPLE SALE 

Our archive sample sale gives customers the opportunity to shop for discounted items that do not meet Khaore’s product standards. The items being sold in the archive sample sale section are up to 70% off.

For Khaore, disqualifying factors for our bags can be any of the following:

  • Bags that have spots or stains on them that are damaged in the production/shipping process
  • Metal hardware that are scratched during the production/shipping process.
  • Bags that have been used for an editorial or campaign shoot and are stained or having wrinkles on them

All of the items sold may have additional minor irregularities not listed. These minor defects will not affect the usage and utilitarian aspect of the bags.

RETURNS

We accept return of your purchases for a refund of the purchase price, provided such return is made within 7 days from the delivery date. We accept exchange of product or store credit up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Please make sure your returned items meet conditions described below:

- New and unused,
- The bags are put in Khaore dust bags with all tags attached, in the original packaging. 
-Products returned that fail to meet these standard will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.

* Please note that items purchased in collaboration with ONE OF are not eligible for return/refund due to the limited material use and artisans involved.

* Please note that Items purchased with [final sales] are not eligible for return/refund.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.

If you wish to return the product upon purchase, please email info@khaore.com. 

* As part of our effort to pay our fulfillment center fairly and appreciate their work - A flat restocking fee of $5.00USD is applied for all returned orders. 

We offer two options for return : 

  1. You are responsible for return shipping. You bear the risk of loss during shipment and Khaore is not responsible for packages lost by your chosen shipping carrier. Khaore strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Once we receive the returned order and inspected the products, we will refund you the original price of the order, deducting the restocking fee. 
  2. We charge a $25.00 USD flat rate shipping for returns — we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive the returned order and inspected the products, we will refund you the original price of the order, deducting the return and restocking fee.

*For International orders - customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. 

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties, Khaore will seek to recover from the customer all Shipping and related cost incurred by Khaore. In this circumstance, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to the warehouse.

Khaore reserves the right to refuse any return on products that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
